Orders
Can I send an item as a gift?
Of course you can! Just enter the delivery address and add that it is a gift in the order notes. We will make sure the pricing information is left off.
Do you gift wrap?
We package all jewellery in lovely branded boxes but we do not offer gift wrapping.
What if I want to make a change to my order?
Simply contact us by filling in the form, or email info@argentium.com with your order number and the changes you'd like made. We will do our best to work on that right away.
How long does it take to ship a wedding ring or promise ring?
All wedding and promise rings are custom orders and can take 3 weeks for production. If you need it sooner, email info@argentium.com and we will see if we can accommodate your timeline.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally via Royal Mail International Track & Sign service. We can not guarantee a date for delivery but will provide tracking information so you can stay up to date on your delivery. We do require your package be signed for, this cuts down on theft.
How quickly after I place my order do you ship?
It is our intention to get your items in the mail 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed however, we do not ship on Saturday or Sundays.
How do I make a return?
We understand you might not be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer hassle free returns up to 30 days after shipping. Email info@argentium.com and we will walk you through the return process.
Products
Can I get my ring engraved?
Yes you can. When ordering any ring from our Wedding Collections or Promise Rings you can add an engraved message. Be sure to add the desired message to the "additional order notes." Check spelling and punctuation before submitting as Argentium Collections can not be held responsible for mistake made by the customer.
What if I want a different chain length than is offered with the pendant?
In most cases we can provide you with a different chain length, however you will incur a cost as pendant pricing includes the standard chain length. It is best to email info@argentium.com ahead of your order to be sure we are able to make any changes you'd like.
I have an allergy to Silver, will I be able to wear Argentium?
YES! Argentium is free of tin - the metal most people are allergic too. It is hypoallergenic making it perfect for sensitive skin like yours.
How do I care for my Argentium Silver jewellery?
Argentium Silver is low maintenance, easy to care for and simple to keep clean.
Simply wipe with a soft cloth or, for more intricate pieces, wash in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry immediately to avoid water marks.
An occasional wipe with a clean silver polishing cloth or Argentium Care Cloth will help to maintain Argentium Silver’s beautiful shine and lustre.
