Shipping and handling are calculated based on delivery location, weight and value of your order. We currently ship with Royal Mail and DHL and we allocate the delivery partner based on your selected delivery method. All tracked orders are paid for by the customer and orders placed outside the UK are subject to higher shipping and handling charges. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, during working hours.

NB. Some delivery options may not be available due to the contents, value or weight of the items in your basket.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Argentium Silver purchase, you can return item(s) within 14 days of receipt of the goods (signature will be deemed as receipt of goods). Regrettably, engraved items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty and for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty. Any returned items must be in the same condition they were received in and with any security tags still in place. As our rings are made to order, a 20% restock fee will we charged for all returned rings or cancelled orders once production begins.  

We highly recommend that you send your order back to us via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for security purposes, or if returning from overseas by an insured traceable method. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Step 1. Please notify us by emailing that you would like to return your product and state the reasons for the return and whether you would like to exchange your item or receive a refund.
Step 2. We will reply to your email, giving instructions for returning your product.

Should your previous purchased product exceed the amount of the replacement product plus new shipping costs, we will make a refund of the difference. If the amount of your previous product is less than new replacement product plus new shipping costs, you will be able to pay the difference upfront.
