Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders Monday to Friday during working hours.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, weight, and order value

  • We currently ship using Royal Mail and DHL

  • Your delivery partner is allocated based on the delivery option you select

  • All tracked delivery options are paid for by the customer

  • International orders are subject to higher shipping charges

Please note: Some delivery options may not be available depending on the contents, value, or weight of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We know you'll love your Argentium Silver purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt (signature may be deemed as proof of delivery)

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all security tags intact

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Engraved items, unless faulty or defective

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty or defective

Please note:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returned rings or cancelled orders once production has begun, as they are made to order.

How to Return an Item

Step 1
Email us at info@argentium.com to let us know you’d like to return an item. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Whether you’d like an exchange or a refund

Step 2
We’ll reply with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • You may choose a refund or store credit

  • If your replacement item costs less than your original purchase, we’ll refund the difference

  • If it costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference before dispatch

  • Any additional shipping costs will apply to exchanges

Return Shipping

  • We recommend returning items via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked and insured service (especially for international returns)

  • We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error
