Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt (signature may be deemed as proof of delivery)
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all security tags intact
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Engraved items, unless faulty or defective
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty or defective
Please note:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returned rings or cancelled orders once production has begun, as they are made to order.
How to Return an Item
Step 1
Email us at info@argentium.com to let us know you’d like to return an item. Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Whether you’d like an exchange or a refund
Step 2
We’ll reply with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds & Exchanges
- You may choose a refund or store credit
- If your replacement item costs less than your original purchase, we’ll refund the difference
- If it costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference before dispatch
- Any additional shipping costs will apply to exchanges
Return Shipping
- We recommend returning items via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked and insured service (especially for international returns)
- We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error
